Greg Mesaros

Greg Mesaros

Founder and CEO

Greg Mesaros is the Founder, CEO, and Chair of Triadex, an award-winning marketing company he established in 2002 that uses innovative marketing solutions and proprietary data analytics to drive growth for multi-unit businesses. With over three decades of experience in marketing, technology, and business development, Greg has guided Triadex to become a nationally recognized leader in data-powered marketing solutions.

Before founding Triadex, Greg held leadership positions at GED, Incorporated, Ziff-Davis, and Cyberex. He has served on various non-profit boards and the External Advisory Corporate Board for the University of South Florida’s Office of Corporate Partnerships. He has launched several businesses listed on the Inc 500/5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Under his leadership, Triadex initiated the industry’s first Environmental Offset Program, funding the National Forestry Foundation and supporting science-based policies and technologies to remove carbon from the environment. Named a Top 50 Tampa Business Leader and one of the top 40 e-procurement visionaries by Purchasing Magazine, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.

Recognized for his contributions to innovation, Greg, as the sole inventor of 45 patents, was a 2024 Inductee of the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame. His biography is archived at the Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and traveling.

Stephen Farr-Jones

Chief Strategy Officer

Stephen Farr-Jones brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across marketing, retail, and strategic consulting to his role as Chief Strategy Officer at Triadex. He leads enterprise growth strategies and long-term planning, helping clients scale intelligently through a combination of data-driven insight and operational clarity. Known for his ability to simplify complexity and align teams toward high-impact goals, Stephen plays a central role in guiding both internal direction and client-facing strategy.

Stephen Farr-Jones

Prior to joining Triadex, he was the Founder and President of ADM Marketing, where he oversaw strategic development across retail and restaurant verticals. His earlier experience includes executive roles at The Walt Disney Company, where he led international licensing and merchandising efforts, and at Activision Blizzard, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He also served as U.S. President of Coogi Australia, restructuring the brand’s national sales and distribution channels. A graduate of the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Stephen began his career in strategic consulting with LEK, where he helped launch the firm’s Scandinavian practice and advised Fortune 500 companies across global markets.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys traveling and is an avid slot car enthusiast—his passion for the hobby led him to develop the most active slot car racing club in the United States.

Charles Howley

Charles Howley

Senior Vice President of Data, Analytics, and Innovation

Known for his ability to bridge technical and business teams, Charles Howley is a data strategist, enterprise leader, and longtime advocate for innovation, data literacy, and scalable transformation. As Senior Vice President of Data, Analytics & Innovation at Triadex, he leads the company’s data science, analytics, and IT services divisions—driving innovation across every touchpoint—from data pipelines and predictive modeling to scalable infrastructure and AI-powered insights.

Before joining Triadex, Charles held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, where he led enterprise data and analytics strategy across multiple development teams supporting high-impact client engagements. He authored the Data Strategy course for DataCamp, designed to equip professionals with the skills to craft and implement effective data strategies. Charles also served as a lead instructor with Correlation One and held business intelligence leadership positions at Registria, Russ Reid, Hallmark Data Systems, and Group Publishing. As founder of CircNetwork, he led audience development, direct marketing strategy, and analytics services for independent publishers and media brands. His early career includes leadership roles in direct marketing and analytics at Circulation Specialists Inc., Curtis Circulation Company, and News Corporation. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University and brings decades of experience across commercial, nonprofit, and B2B sectors to his systems-level approach to analytics strategy.

Outside of work, Charles is an avid inline speed-skater and still competes each September in the Annual Northshore Inline Marathon—the world’s largest point-to-point inline marathon—in Duluth, Minnesota.

Paul Cestari

Senior Vice President of Revenue

Paul Cestari is a seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and business development strategies across media, telecommunications, and data-driven marketing organizations. As Senior Vice President of Revenue at Triadex, Paul leads the company’s revenue strategy across both new business development and account growth. Paul plays a key role in shaping how Triadex scales with its clients—through smarter targeting, stronger partnerships, and performance-based campaigns.

Before joining Triadex, Paul held senior leadership roles at Veria Living TV, Showtime Networks, and Viacom, as well as with agencies including Mascot Media and Snap Creative Marketing. Across these roles, he consistently delivered double- and triple-digit growth across digital and traditional channels, led national sales and marketing teams, and negotiated multimillion-dollar deals. He also served as Vice President of Sales and New Business Development at Eclipse Marketing. Paul began his career at Showtime Networks, rising through the ranks to become Account Vice President and leading award-winning sales teams responsible for multimillion-dollar campaigns and market expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Memphis.

Outside of work, Paul is an avid martial artist who has achieved the rank of 1st degree black belt in Tang Soo Do.

Jennifer Terbush

Jennifer Terbush

Vice President of Account Services

Jennifer Terbush is a senior marketing executive with decades of experience leading growth strategy, client success, and product development across global consumer brands, start-ups, and agency environments. As Vice President of Client Success at Triadex, she leads cross-functional teams spanning client services, media, production, and creative—ensuring each program delivers measurable ROI and long-term impact. She is known for her ability to align brand strategy with direct marketing execution, empowering clients to scale efficiently and sustainably.

Before joining Triadex, Jennifer held executive leadership roles at Mattel, where she managed the iconic Barbie Collectibles brand and developed customized products with The Walt Disney Company. She has also served in leadership roles at Activision, MGM Resorts International, Kate Somerville Skincare, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and completed advanced leadership, strategic planning, and team-building training through Mattel University—foundational experiences that shaped her focus on results, communication, and customer insight.

Her journey from rural roots to Wall Street—growing up on a farm in Kentucky and launching her career as a stockbroker in New York City—instilled in her a deep resilience and a sharp analytical edge, both of which continue to shape her leadership at Triadex.

Ryan Mogged

Vice President of Sales

Ryan Mogged is Vice President of Sales at Triadex, where he leads national sales strategy, new client acquisition, and enterprise-level growth for multi-location brands. With more than 15 years of experience at Triadex, Ryan has played a pivotal role in delivering on the company’s consultative sales approach and driving measurable results for clients across industries.

Ryan has held multiple roles at Triadex, rising from Account Manager to Director of Sales – National Accounts and now VP of Sales. His rise through the organization reflects both his deep understanding of data-powered marketing and his ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to grow their businesses for well over a decade. Known for his strategic insight, ability to deliver on campaigns, and hands-on leadership, Ryan works closely with our revenue, product, and client services teams to ensure every engagement is aligned for success. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida.

At home, Ryan and his wife share the same birthday—a coincidence made even more fun by their twins, turning birthday celebrations into just two special days each year for their family of four.

Donna Greenbury

Donna Greenbury

Fractional Chief Financial Officer

With over three decades of financial leadership across global, private, and nonprofit sectors, Donna Greenbury brings transformative insight and deep operational expertise to her role as Fractional CFO at Triadex. Throughout her career, Donna has been at the helm of strategic finance in industries ranging from automotive and manufacturing to analytics and direct marketing.

Before joining Triadex, Donna held senior executive roles including Global Vice President of Finance at Dura Automotive and Director of Global Finance at Delphi, where she oversaw complex restructurings, M&A activities, and multi-national teams across 34 manufacturing sites. She also served as CFO at VeraData, leading profitability turnarounds and ERP implementations that enhanced reporting and operational efficiency. Donna earned her MBA in International Management and Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. At Triadex, she supports strategic growth initiatives, bringing disciplined financial modeling, actionable forecasting, and forward-looking guidance to the leadership team.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, is an avid golfer and Michigan Wolverine Fan.

Nikkie Freeman

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer

Nikkie Freeman brings over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, sales leadership, and business ownership to her role as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Triadex. She leads the company’s marketing strategy and execution, aligning Triadex’s advanced data capabilities with the real-world growth goals of multi-unit businesses and franchise brands. With a focus on measurable outcomes, Nikkie ensures marketing efforts directly support sales performance and long-term business impact.

She plays a key role in shaping brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and integrated campaigns across key industries including restaurants, automotive services, home services, and more. Nikkie holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of Kansas. With deep expertise in data analytics, Nikkie helps Triadex translate complex data science into clear marketing messages that resonate with fellow multi-unit business operators and marketers.
