How is this done?
Triadex Services will format your electronic statement or invoice to match your printed form. Then, you send us a file that segments your customers: those receiving the physical bill from those accepting an e-Bill. Your customer receives your bill in his e-mail account. Triadex Services ensures that this is done and also provides real-time reports to show you when a customer opens the attached bill. You can even have Triadex Services send a snail mail physical bill after a certain period of time. For instance, when a customer hasn’t opened the e-Bill in three days, we can automatically generate a printed statement as a backup. We provide you with daily logs on these all-important metrics. As your customer base changes, you have a billing service that is flexible enough to change with it.
